Healthy chocolate royal with sweet potato without cooking ✨
Without sugar and without flour 👌
• For the fondant
-100g cooked sweet potato
-1 banana
-200g cottage cheese 0%
-10g of stevia
-25g lean cocoa powder
-25g peanut butter
-2 sheets of gelatin in 30ml of water
-2 pinches of salt
• For the base
-100g dried apricots (or other dried fruits)
-80g ground almonds
1/ Mash the steamed sweet potato with the banana and add the cottage cheese. Once a fairly smooth mixture has been obtained, add the stevia, cocoa and peanut butter.
2/ In a bowl, heat 30ml of water and add the gelatin sheets so that they melt. Then pour into the chocolate mixture.
3/ in another container, prepare the base by cutting the apricots very finely. Add the hazelnut powder and mix.
4/ Film the bottom of a mold and add the apricot base, pressing well. Pour over the chocolate preparation then reserve in the fridge for 1/2 day.
Before tasting, sprinkle with hazelnut powder and ELSY dark chocolate balls 😉
