Nothing better than spending a peaceful day at home, surrounded by the people you love and with healthy food. We recommend this recipe for delicious sweet potato pancakes, to make with your loved ones this afternoon. Yum Yum, tested and approved
Ingredients for 6-8 pancakes:
- 1 egg
- 125g boiled sweet potato
- 90 g of flour
- 75ml of milk
- 1/2 sachet of yeast
- 1 tbsp stevia
Boil the sweet potato in water until the flesh is tender, then mash it.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and the stevia then add the egg and the mashed sweet potato.
Then add the milk, gradually to avoid lumps.
Put your pan on low heat. Oil if necessary. Pour some batter and cook.
As soon as bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, carefully flip and cook again for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
