Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 250g of mango
- 1 frozen banana
- Elsy Coco balls
- OCNI pencil passion fruit and lime
- Seasonal fruits for topping and decoration (here raspberries and currants)
Preparation
- In a blender (or other), mix the fruits until you obtain a very smooth sorbet.
- Put your sorbet in 4 small containers
- Topping delicious seasonal fruits, Elsy Choco Coco balls and sharpening your OCNI pencil to make your senses travel 😊
