Crème chocolat à l'avocat

Avocado chocolate cream

At Elsy, we love fibers! As we find a lot in avocado (7%), it inspired us.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 70g dark chocolate
  • 20g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 40ml of milk
  • 30g baking stevia (or 2 tbsp honey)
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ball Elsy snack chocolate coconut

  1. Melt the chocolate in hot milk
  2. Mash the avocado and add the cocoa powder, stevia, salt and vanilla extract then pour in the milk with the melted chocolate
  3. Pass to the mixer so that the preparation is well homogeneous
  4. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours
  5. Using a knife, crumble the Elsy snack balls and, when ready to taste, add them over the creams!
