At Elsy, we love fibers! As we find a lot in avocado (7%), it inspired us.
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 70g dark chocolate
- 20g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 40ml of milk
- 30g baking stevia (or 2 tbsp honey)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ball Elsy snack chocolate coconut
- Melt the chocolate in hot milk
- Mash the avocado and add the cocoa powder, stevia, salt and vanilla extract then pour in the milk with the melted chocolate
- Pass to the mixer so that the preparation is well homogeneous
- Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours
- Using a knife, crumble the Elsy snack balls and, when ready to taste, add them over the creams!
