Ingredients for 6 large cookies
- 30g coconut oil
- 60g hazelnut puree
- 170g of flour
- 1 egg
- 50g brown sugar
- 1 case of compote without added sugar
- Elsy Snacks Chocolate Covered Almonds
Preheat your oven to 180°C
In a bowl, mix the flour and brown sugar.
Add the coconut oil, hazelnut purée, egg and compote and mix until a ball forms.
Using a knife, very coarsely chop the chocolate coated almonds and add them to the mixture.
Form 6 balls and flatten them using your palms.
Place them on a sheet of parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Once the cookies are nicely browned on top, you can let them cool down and then move on to tasting!
