As you will have understood, we are a fan of lentils so it will not surprise you to find them in a brownie recipe. 🙃
 Ingredients:
- 120g melted dark chocolate
- 30g hazelnut powder
- 25g stevia
- 1 egg
- 240g lentils cooked here blond lentils (about 125g raw)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large pinch of salt
- Elsy Snacks dark chocolate balls for topping
Recipe:
 Preheat the oven to 160°C
 Melt the dark chocolate, and mix with all the ingredients in a bowl.
 Mix everything so that the preparation is smooth.
 Place in a well oiled or buttered cake pan.
 Bake for about 25 minutes then take out of the oven and wait for it to cool.
Add Elsy Snacks balls on top to add crunch.
It's melting, it's crunchy, it's delicious.
