The blondie, you know?
It's a kind of huge crunchy and soft cookie, super quick to make and very tasty. Often very very very sweet, here is a blondie recipe in Elsy version;)
Ingredients for the base
- 90g hazelnut powder
- 200g hazelnut puree
- 60ml of maple syrup
- 1 case of vanilla extract
- 20g wheat flour (or other if needed)
- some Elsy marbles
In a bowl, mix the hazelnut puree, maple syrup and vanilla extract then add the hazelnut powder and flour. The mixture must not stick and form a block.

Flatten in a small mold covered with cellophane film or parchment paper.
Cut the Elsy balls into 2 or 4 and spread them over the dough, pressing down a little so that it sticks well to the preparation.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate and the spoonful of hazelnut purée (in the microwave at 30-second intervals or in a bain-marie), mix well and pour over the mixture.
- Reserve in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
