The coral lentil is one of the legumes. It's a starch... and yes.
But hey, that's not what attracted us. The coral lentil is super rich in fiber which explains its low glycemic intake. And it is rich in vegetable protein , particularly well assimilated when combined with rice!
We continue the list of benefits: rich in minerals such as iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and B vitamins.
It is a great ally to quickly feel satiety.

We chose the coral lentil for all these benefits and also its very mild taste that goes wonderfully with chocolate.
Finally, our lentils come from Europe (sometimes France sometimes not...) and are ORGANIC. it doesn't hurt anything ;)
